The normal pmk used previously by the Russian PO was lost in the fighting, this primitive postmark was made & used for a very short period., plus German POs "China" opt 5pf & 10pf, & Germania w/o opt tied by "Peking Deutsche Post 17/12/00" cds. To Germany with interesting Boxer Uprising propaganda caricature illustration on reverse. Superb fresh condition.
