This was discussed for some time and Qualcomm suggested to leave this issue until a future meeting and concentrate on the base CRs first. Intel agreed that this can be discussed off-line until the next meeting. This was then noted.

Discussion and conclusion:
This was left for off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160771 which was reviewed. For the response to 4), Ericsson commented that Alternative b can also be used and the choice should be left to CT WG4. For the response to 5), Intel suggested clarifying why the same APN cannot be used. This should be reviewed after the associated CRs are handled. For the response to 6), Vodafone commented that the second response paragraph is not what SA WG2 have agreed. This was further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160831 which was reviewed. Orange commented that response 7c) should be updated to indicate a WID has been agreed. Alcatel-Lucent clarified that this is for CIoT Rel-13. It was decided to remove answers to 7 from the LS. Part of response to 4 should be changed to SA WG2 will discuss further. This was revised accordingly, also attaching the correct attachment, cleaning revision marks and removing draft, in TD S2 160910 which was approved.
