| Discussion and conclusion:
General Dynamics commented that ruling out MME changes at this stage would unnecessarily restrict possible solutions and indicated that they also have a proposed Study Item for this in TD S2 160411. Qualcomm considered the scope of this was ambiguous and if the use of alternative credentials to provide improved security for the operator is intended, this should be made explicit. Orange commented that the back haul part is not well-defined in SA WG1 and this can be worked on off-line to improve the objectives clause. This was left for further off-line discussion and was merged with TD S2 160411 into TD S2 160494.
