| Discussion and conclusion:
Orange asked the reasoning behind the requirement in 4, for support of multi-RAT connectivity, as currently dual-connectivity is for a single RAT. It was suggested to clarify bullet 3 and remove bullet 4. This was further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160709 which was reviewed. 'compatible' should be corrected to 'comparable'. Issues were raised with bullet 3 and this needed clarification. This was further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160816 which was reviewed. MediaTek asked what was meant by multiple simultaneous connectivity. This was left for a future meeting and was noted.
