3 Additional HCJ trials can be facilitated if other Crown business transfers out to another venue e.g. Antrim

4 DJ(CC) Set dates for Small Claims and Civil Bills depending on business levels. Number of days shown for Lisburn District Judge county court business is reflective of current allocation and may be subject to change.

Another day is required every other month for hearing of Ancillary Relief matters

5 High profile court proceedings and jury inquests may require arrangements to be made for the use of courts 12 or 13 on occasions

6 There are approximately 25 “free” courtroom slots in which to accommodate additional sittings including county court District Judge sittings
