The title of the study program: Personnel management
Amount: 4creditpoints, 6 ECTS

The aim of the course:

To develop students’ omprehension on the principles of economy management. To introduce theories of economics, connecting them to the practical implementation in the profession of the personnel manager


The envisaged results:

Students have to understand the process, causes, coherences, various economy unit correlations in the system of economics. Students have to find their orientation in publications on economy issues, as well as to assess how the economy development tendencies will influence various branches, enterprises, personnel management processes in organisations and the student individual opportunities.

Students’ task is to become acquainted with and empower their knowledge on different enterprise operation aspects (launching, strategy, finance management, marketing, international business and its regularities), to understand correlations among these aspects.

The aim of the course:

a) To acquaint the students with the fundamentals of management, management aims and methods, as well as to management process in the organisation.

b) To develop their skills on the theoretical level, to be competent in management processes.

The envisaged results: To develop notion and knowledge on the management skills, organisational types, organisational corporative culture, management styles and their implementation, etc.

Aim of the course:

To introduce students to the main concepts of personality psychology, basic functions of personality theories, major components, and most common theories.


Expected result:

Students must know: the main basic concepts human, individual, subject, individuality, personality; personality theories covered in the course, highlighting the components of each theory: personality structure, motivation, personality development, pathopsychology, psychic health, therapeutic methods worked out by the specific author, diagnostic methods.

Students must be able: to analyze and compare the viewpoint of different authors on the personality within definite theories, explain people’s behavior scientifically.

The study course has been devised for the first four semesters.
