Aim of the course:

To help understand the business communication significance for the work of the organisation and to introduce with the demands for information processing and correct documentation for the information flow, ensuring the use of the regulations in legislation and resolutions for information maintenance,recording and storing in archives.



Envisaged results:

Understand the significance of communication for the work of the organisation. Acquire verbal and written communication, to implement the principal requirements of legislation and resolutions of the Republic of Latvia.

The necessary pre-knowledge for the acquisition of the study course:

Maybe previous knowledge of business correspondence and management course, yet it is without a decisive significance.

Warrant after the study course acquisition:

After the course acquisition the acquired knowledge will be ready to use for the office work organisation, for management of an enterprise or its structural unit, as well as the skill to self-dependent work on document execution (business correspondence, accounting, personnel management) in accordance with the legislation will be obtained.


Rules for successful accomplishing of the study course:

Attendance of, at least, 50% lectures, submitted all autonomous works and successfully written both the tests, passed verbal or written (as agreed) examination.
