In the letter she has made the allegations against me which are totally false and full of lies. Without knowing the truths and facts you have tried to annul this marriage without following the procedure of sharia. Therefore listenting to one party you cannot annul this marriage. I forward this letter to my uncle aunty brother, kausers brother, sisters, brother in law, sister in law and copy to my so called wife Ms Kauser Fatima Syed.

 

ADDITIONAL:- 

I am regretting keeping nafil rozas for good and happy married life with Ms Kauser Fatima Syed.

Regretting leading namaz at home (some times) and on the night of marriage in Hotel before proceeding to bed. Now I am embarrassed… I am embarrassed… I am embarrassed…Nth time embarrassed.

Note: - The night I was coming to India and packing the bags... 3 30 in the morning kausers mother called me and said I want to see you luggage...

Last time kausers ex husband Mohammed afroze ahmed took all the jewellery boxes and cash from the house...I can’t take the risk...I can’t see any man coming in my daughter’s life enjoying with her and running away with her jewellery boxes and cash and making her pregnant...

note: Kauser was pregnant from her ex husband Afroze Ahmed, but shams and kauser killed un born baby…It was told to me by kauser Fatima syed when she was in mental hospitals.

Anyway she did not get anything from my bags, but told me to change the suitcase and gave me the keys to get the bag from the store room in the garden. (FREEZING COLD)I was in kurta and pyjama...she did not allow me to wear the coat also...I went to the store room and got the bags from the dark room. I was shivering with cold and she was standing at the door and watching me....The bag which she gave me was broken...I said how can I take such a dirty bag....she started shouting and abusing me...

I was so scared with her behavior...I thought it’s better to take the dirty and broken bag but can’t argue with her...I had not slept for the last two days before coming to India...whole night I was feeding my son zia with bottle and taking care of him.

Before leaving the house I woke up kauser, she says let me sleep...I have taken heavy doses.cant wake up...I said I am going to India....she replied me F**k off...I waited for some time and said kauser I have to take the flight...this time she hit me with her leg and said F**k you Bast**d...I came down...her mother and sister told me to bring zia...they woke him up and were playing with him early in the morning at 4 am...

Kausers mother called her she came downstairs and said why did you call me...don’t you know I’m a patient and cant wake up...her mother said Shakeeb is going to India..show him the door...kauser said let him go to hell who cares...let me sleep....again they started shouting and screaming on each other...meanwhile I took my bags and kept outside...again I went to see zia...but was not allowed to see him...kauser came towards me running,I knew she is going to hit me I turn around and went towards the door...she came and hit me on my back(lower part) and bang the door like any thing...I left the house and started for Airport, I was treated worst than a slave, worst than animal....I must say that…

Reached airport with dirty bag and can’t control my tears...leaving my son in the hands of a woman who can’t take care of herself....she is taken care of by the mental hospitals of UK.I was worried and crying leaving my son in the those three mental ill patients.

 

Note: - I was told by kausers mother and sister that kauser tried to attempt suicide in the past also...this time she is very serious...don’t you see that she is being chained and shifted to mental hospitas...she is in mental hospital now...she will never come back now...just forget her go and live your life...you are from a big family. Marry any girl and live your life....you can’t live with a mental patient rest of your life...if you don’t withdraw your application from home office she will kill the baby and commit suicide also...just decide what you want...want to see her commit suicide and the dead face of your son...she is mad she is mad...

 

I was scared I was scared...if she had twins they would have definitely hurt one baby to send me to India...

 

Note: - The night when I was leaving for India, when I opened my bag which I had kept under the bed...

I found nothing there I had kept all my letters, bank statements, receipts of college etc...

And the cash which I was saving since I stared work in London...It was my hard earned money...which I did not find there...This is not good, how can someone take money of others...I was shocked to see the empty bag...I did not open my mouth because I knew if I say something now myself and my son zia will end up in danger and problems...so I kept quite...and thought to keep quiet and left the house.

 

Note:- kauser used to laugh at me when I used to use my hand to satisfy my sexual desire at nights, (I am also a human being, I have sexual emotions) note:- after the pregnancy she did not allow me have to sex with her...making silly excuses....she had got it what she wanted from me. Now she was pregnant.

 

Note: - now it’s been 7 years since I left London, I must say that I was sent to India by kauser her mother and sister by threating to kill my son Zia.

For the last 7 years I am bearing the wounds they have given me, keeping my son away from me...They don’t even send me his picture also, Its really painful for me, no one can understand from which situation im going through without my lovely son Zia.

I cry when I think of my son, how is he managing with these dirtiest women, Bipolar patients.

Now I’m called beggar, homeless, awkward, Gambler, adulterer...then why she married to a beggar, awkward, gambler, adulterer and homeless person and my dirty drop is everything for them.

 

Kausers mother told me that I was illegal in London.

 

Note: - If I were illegal in London then how come she married her daughter to a person who was illegal there?

In the letter of UKIM, kauser says that my stay in UK was denied....Has she got any proof that I was denied stay in UK...I have got the letter from Home office which gives the details...and whatever she mentioned in UKIM annul certificate are all wrong except the names and date of marriage.

 

For the last 7 years I am earning and surviving on my own...

For the last 7 years I am going through the hell like situation being a husband of Ms Kauser Fatima syed and a nearest relative of Shams Fatima Syed and Dr. Firdous Fatima syed.

For the last 7 years, I am facing tens and thousands of people from Hyderabad, Gulbarga and around the world and answering their questions...

The day kauser got pregnant I never had sex with her (I must say was not allowed to have) since then, being a human being how I control my sexual desires (which is natural) Does anyone think about it?

I did not go to London to end up in this situation...my years of honesty, hard work were destroyed by these three women...Mrs. Shams Fatima Syed, Ms Kauser Fatima Syed and Dr. Firdous Fatima Syed.

I paid more than 10,000 pounds for my studies, spent thousands of pounds for food, accommodation, travel and other expenses from my hard earned money from 02 August 2005 to 29 November 2009.

My saving was taken from my bags by Mrs. Shams Fatima Syed and Dr. Firdous Fatima Syed.

I’m in loss for the last 7 years, if I were in London with my wife and son, I would have lived my life happily and earned a decent amount to take care of my mental ill wife and a lovely son...

They call me beggar....F**k in bast**d, homeless, Asylum seeker, married just to settle down in UK, Have a illegitimate son with a woman in London and having sexual relationships with women and girls and go to prostitutes for my sexual satisfaction AND MY SON IS EVERY THING FOR THEM.

They tried to make me angry and to pronounce divorce to kauser, but failed.

But I am not fine at all...
I called kauser to talk to Zia on his 4th birthday(24th Septmeber) and she did not allow me to talk to him and says I dont have any rights on him.As I never sent him a single penny,when I said I dont know where you and zia live, then on which address I would have sent money... she started shouting and screaming on me and using bad language(as usual) and disconnected the phone. when I tried her number again she did not answer.
On the occasion of Eid ul Adha, I called her again to talk to Zia,but was expected she did not answer my phone calls.
As you all know very well what kauser, Shams aunty & Firdous done to me after the arrival of Zia and have been doing to me for  the last 4 years,I have been bearing their nth time cheapest & the dirtiest behaviour, nth time disgusting attitudes, unbelievable mental torture to me.
ITS AGGRESSION, BARBARISM, INHUMANITY,WORST THAN CHEAPEST AND THE DIRTIEST ACTS, WORST THAN ANY THING BAD.

now they are not allowing me to talk to my son Zia.

NOTE: - I HAVE STOPPED READING SURAH YASEEN, SURAH MAIDA, SURAH AL KAUTHAR, SURAH KAHAAF,

WHILE READING QURAN IF THE WORD SHAMS COMES, I REMEMBER ALL THE THINGS WHICH THESE THREE WOMEN DONE TO ME…SO MANY TIMES I STOPPED READING QURAN.

WHENEVER I HOLD THE QURAN I TELL ALLLAH, O ALLAH I NEED JUSTICE FROM THESE THREE WOMEN.

I NEED JUSTICE FROM THESE THREE WOMEN… AND I KNOW ALLAH WILL DO JUSTICE TO ME AND MY SON.

 

NOTE: - I DON’T GO TO THE MASJID WHOSE NAME IS MASJID-E-FIRDOUS, BECAUSE I REMEMBER WHAT CRUELTY FIRDOUS DONE TO ME AND MY SON.

 

Note:-my relatives Alhamdulillah more than 3000 members,friends,known, unknown people everyone is so alert marrying their children after seeing my marriage with kauser and aftermath situation with me. They are doing enquiry before the marriages 4 to 5 times and taking long time to get satisfy, especially marrying their brothers and sons

NOTE:- I should have understood about Kausers mental status when she called me after the engagement and said can you do sky jumping… will you be scared if we go 15000 feet above the ground…I said I’m not scared... she said OK FINE I NEED A HUSBAND WHO DOESN’T SCARED WITH ANYTHING…and disconnected the phone…
For a while I thought why she asked me this…then I told my friend about this… he said she is testing you, whether you are brave or not…

ALAS NTH TIME ALAS, IF I HAD UNDERSTOOD HER MENTAL STATUS AND BROKEN THE ENGAGEMENT.

 

NOTE:- Mrs. Shams Fatima syed told me, If you don’t go to India we will have to take some other action against you and your son…(Dr. Firdous was telling we will do and teach you a lesson,you don’t know us what we can do).

 

NOTE: - Mrs. Shams Fatima syed told me go and ask Munzoor Apa we bought and brought you here…paying 10,000 pounds to your uncle and Aunty.

Note: - It means I was bought to get the baby for her daughter to keep her mental disease in control. They needed a baby boy to take care of kauser for the rest of her life, because her brother, sisters and their families will not take care of her. They cannot run for kauser to the mental hospitals rest of their lifes.

 NOTE: - When I visited Gulbarga for two days Mrs. Shams Fatima syed told me when we visited Luton in June 2011 at Munzoor Apa house she did not allow us to enter the house, we went to settle the matter…they did not allow in their house, I thrown 10,000 pounds on her face and came back… did not she give you that amount..Why have you come in my daughter’s life…I will separate you, kauser and zia…

I have paid for this…don’t come here again or face the consequences…

I was just quite and listening to her…for the sake of my son zia safety…the lovely gift of Allah…for which I am thankful to him nth time…O ALLAH I AM NTH TIME THANKFUL TO YOU FOR GIVING ME A SON.

ALTHOUGH HE IS NOT SAFE AMONG THESE THREE WOMEN…

O ALLAH KEEP MY SON ZIA SAFE AS YOU HAD SAFED AND PROTECTED PROPHET YOUSUF A.S IN THE WELL…WHEN HIS BROTHERS TRIED TO HURT HIM AND HAD THROWN HIM IN THE WELL.

NOTE: - One family was telling me in Gulbarga, these women say so many bad things about you….

I said I know, they must have told you…because when I was in London after marriage… they used to say so many bad things about Asif bhai and salma Bhabhi…I was not happy to marry my daughter with a man who is not fair….Azhad is like his father…Rabia is like Meraj…Asif is a black Dog, we call him BlackDog and Boxers day beggar.

Salma had my son Iqbal…did not you see when she visited here (London) at the time of your reception, she was using bad language with children…using chappals…she is from poor and uneducated family…she can’t talk English properly…can’t help now…she is learning English…because of her negligence hasan has become dark….and is not a normal boy…etc…

They came in reception and gifted 42 inches TV just to get the Reading house and share from 60 Corbins lane.
Asif is very cunning and wants share from this house, once we visited Sainsbury he was pulling the soaps from the shelves like a beggar, boxing day beggar.

 Note:-when Ms. Kauser syed was in mental hospitals of London, she told me each and everything about her parents, brother and sisters, their relationship with each other, their nature, their mentality, their attitudes everything… I thought I don’t have to live with them and I don’t have to do anything with their behaviors and attitudes. I have to take care of my family. I used to stop Ms. Kauser not to abuse her parents, brother, sisters, Asif bhai and Bhabhi.

 In Zubaida aunty house she told me at 2 am, Shakeeb go and call that salma doggy’s Iqbals friend Asif, go and wake him up, I said you should not talk like this kauser, he is your elder brother, she replied what brother who left us alone and ran away with an uneducated woman that white bi**h salma.

We were told by them if you want to meet us come to Gatwick airport and meet.salma kept Iqbal away from us and once said I don’t know why our parents have 4 children.

And now he has got three children, Amina is excess baggage, blady f**kin ba***rd.

A beggar from Gulbarga became US citizen marrying my so called brother Iqbal Syed. We had the right to became US citizens, but salma doesn’t want us to became US citizens.

NOTE: - I am very sad writing these things about Asif bhai and Bhabhi, but I want you to know their behavior for them…as you all know and see my status today…

Note:- Iqbal bhai,Bhabhi,Asif bhai and Apa are very nice…they always wanted us to be unite and live our lives happily with zia…Iqbal bhai, Apa can’t help and interfere except praying for us…for which I am thankful to them.

Note: - When Ms.Kauser was in mental hospital here at home in 60 Corbins lane on 1 November, Dr. Firdous birthday was celebrated, they got the cake and food from outside and offered me food after eating…

I was holding my head and sitting in room and thinking what kind of sister and mother are they.
Her daughter and sister is in mental hospital and they are celebrating birthday, I never seen firdous so happy since  I met her…her mother was so cool and relax that nothing has happened in her life…

Firdous called me…shak go and eat the food, it is lying on the table….

I did not eat and lied down. I was not able to sleep whole night…I was thinking what kind of mother and sister they are…her daughter and sister is in mental hospital, here they are enjoying and celebrating birthday… ordering food, laughing, cool and relax.

No one can imagine from which situation I have gone through with these women…no one can imagine.

 

Note: - After kausers delivery when she was in London’s mental hospitals... I was running from here and there to safe her to end up in section 3(6 months in mental hospital).... here at home her mother and sister abusing me... I told her, You hide kausers mental illness and did this marriage....

 

PLEASE NOTE WHAT SHE ANSWERED ME...

 

Please note:- kausers mother told me,  This marriage took place just to get the baby to keep her mental disease in control.... we are the citizens of this country, I will call the police if you open your mouth and they will send you back to India, and they will do your divorce with her. I will tell them you married my daughter just to get settle in UK. You can’t do anything, go and do whatever you can...

 

 

 

 

 

 

I WAS LOCKED IN 60 CORBINS LANE FOR TWO DAYS

 

Respected Imam Usmani saheb did Mrs. Shams Fatima syed told you that she and her daughter Dr. Firdous Fatima syed locked me in 60 corbins lane for 2 days leaving me without food, and nothing to eat at home…when I heard they are opening the main door after two days, I ran towards main door and ran out of the house (although I was not able to run, because of starving, I survived on water…

Note: - If they could have stopped the tap water they would have definitely stopped and gone, leaving me alone in the house without water to die.

Note: - Mrs. Shams Fatima Syed and Dr. Firdous Fatima Syed left me alone at 3 am on the deserted road in the middle of night so that anything should happen to me.

Note: - I was left alone on the unknown street of London at 3 am by Mrs. Shams Fatima syed and dr. Firdous Fatima syed, when kauser created problem at 2 am in the night and abusing and fighting and hitting with firdous and wanted to go back to coombe wood, It took almost 3 hours for me to reach oxford street by walk.
