The Bidding Documents consist of Parts 1, 2, and 3, which include all the Sections indicated below, and should be read in conjunction with any Addenda issued in accordance with ITB Clause 9.
The Invitation to Bid is not part of the Bidding Document. In case of discrepancies between the Invitation to Bid and the Bidding Documents listed in ITB Clause 6.1 above, said Bidding Documents will take precedence.
The Public Body is not responsible for the incompleteness of the Bidding Documents and their addenda, if they were not obtained directly from the Public Body. Bidders who did not obtain the Bidding Documents directly from the Public Body will be rejected during evaluation.
The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the Bidding Documents. Failure to furnish all information or documentation required by the Bidding Documents may result in the rejection of the Bid.
