The bidder must own or lease a list of the above equipment in full working order for the execution of the contract. The Bidder should provide proper and acceptable evidence for ownership of equipment. Renewed trade license as well as ownership certificate/ libbers/ receipts/etc. should be attached. The requirements for equipment type, capacity, and minimum Number and the evaluation points assigned for each are indicated in detail in the table above of this section.
If bidders fail to own the above essential equipment, they can lease from recognized machinery rental companies. But, a complete set of documents like legal lease agreement, Owner certificate (libre) of the leasing company, receipts should be attached. The public body may visit the availability of the machineries at the leasing company premises and check the machines.
Note: The equipment listed in the table above of this section in indicative of the minimum requirements and are to be used for evaluation purpose of the bid only. The selected bidder will be obliged to deploy all the required equipment and any other equipment not mentioned herein, which might be needed for emergency or which might be determined necessary for the proper execution of any part of the contract.
