positions, and should submit copies of educational testimonials and recommendation of work experience to fill the
required positions, from previous employers and renewed professional license evidence including recently signed
CV by the Professional and authorized person
The CV’s must include current contact address-mobile phone numbers of the stuffs and its should be signed by the staff member and by Authorized person using the attached format with this document; and attach a legal agreement between employee and employer with the witness of governmental body.
Educational testimonials and renewed professional license should be attached for all stuff member assigned for site; Failure to attach one or all the above documents (signed.
CV by the staff and authorized person, renewed license, legal agreement and educational and work experience testimonies) will result to nil point.
If CV of one professional obtained in two or more bidders bidding document except the one accepted by the professional the rest will be disqualified from the bid process. '
If the project awarded changing the proposal personal with equivalent qualification and experience shall be subjected to the approval of the employer.
