I made awful tea, but thankfully they kept me on. Continuing the feature film theme I worked in Australia before making my way back to NZ in the early 1990’s and into tv drama, tv series, movie of week productions & eventually the commercial production world. Location scouting & management lead to the production office and PM roles with many noted New Zealand & Australian production companies. In turn the line producer gigs came along as did the offer to partner up in a regular director / producer team relationship which is where I have been since 2006. Now back living in Central Otago and commuting I am trying to find the life balance between my involvement with my bro’s award winning pinot noir at the akitu vineyard & continued production work.
