Abstract: "The Wagga Wagga Airport Terminal has undergone a new decorating project called the 'Wagga Wagga weaving welcome' by local Wiradjuri elders, Aunty Sandy Warren and Aunty Lorraine Tye, and Ngiyampaa elder Aunty Joyce Hampton, together with Wiradjrui/Kamilaroi artist Jonathan Jones. Uncle Stan Grant's Welcome in Wiradjuri are also notable. The project has turned their weaving creations into hand-stained sandblasted images that have been placed on the glass walls of the terminal.
