O. 799(E).-In exercise of the powers con­ferred by sub-section (2) of section I of the ::;;tate Bank Law (Amendment) Act, 1973, (48 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoints the thirty­-first day of December, 1973 as the date on which sections I, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the said Act, shall come into force.
