CIRCULAR Sub : Forwarding of Pre-Arrival Notification of Merchant Vessels entering Indian Ports. -------------- Despite our Circular Nos. DC/C-SH/538 dated 07.02.2009 and DC/C-SH/3771 dated 18.09.2009, there are reports that upto the present date some Agents have failed to provide the crew list and the PANS form to the Navy, Coast Guard and D.G. Comm Centre. The above is mandatory for all vessels which has either one or more members of the crew of Pakistani nationality and the vessel has visited any Pakistani Port in the last 30 days or will proceed to a Pakistani Port from Mumbai within the next 30 days. All the above addresses are hereby informed that unless the Agents for vessels which come under the above condition provide the undersigned with proof of receipt that they have informed either by letter, fax or email as required by each of the authorities below, the vessels would not be permitted to enter into the Port.
