1.8Graphical presentation of work packages

A graphic presentation of the project activities and interaction in the project are shown in Figure 2. Project scoping as defined in WP1 will be the main activity in the beginning together with initiation steps for the experimental work in most of the WPs that make up the experimental R&D activity. These WPs will eventually constitute the bulk of activity within the project. As they are closely interlinked and related the various tasks will be conducted in parallel within the WPs. The tasks within each work package shall be coordinated through the Work Package Committees (WPC) as defined under section 6 to ensure integration and exchange of necessary findings between the respective WP tasks. Coordination of the activities will be ensured by having WP meetings as necessary and by distributing the Interim Activity Reports (each 6 months) and the Periodic Activity Reports (every 12 months) to all project partners through the projects internet-based information system.
