2. 
   Specify how effective co-operation and communication will be ensured between the partner institutions, and the main working language(s) to be used.
   

• 
  A database with all the information obtained during the project development phases will be diffused to the global academic community via the EAEEIE server.
  
• 
  A list-server ([e-mail]), already installed and a newsgroup allow the exchange of information between partners.
  

• 
  Two TN meetings gathering ALL the partners will be organised. One of them will coincide with the EAEEIE Annual Conference in Prague in 2005.
  

• 
  A final conference will take place either in Portugal or Brussels, with the assistance of peoeople from DG Education and Culture, and partners from other TNs
  

LANGUAGE-
Whenever a co-operative work will be necessary the work will be carried out in English, which also enables an easier monitoring of the project development phases.

For the Internet modules, the national language of the author will be used in parallel with English to facilitate the dissemination in his/hers own country.

The website http://www.eaeeie.org/ is available in 9 languages.
