6.3 and 4. - Monitoring and evaluation
For this specific project two levels of monitoring will be implemented.
In each lead site there will be a person responsible for evaluation of the work performed in the theme co-ordinated by the lead site.
The project Coordinator and the general co-ordinating team will be responsible to assure a general monitoring.
A quality control group will monitor all the developed modules throughout the development and translation phases.
Periodic reports on project progress and will be available at the project central server site where they can be accessed by all the partners, other TN's and the general public. Monitoring of results will also be done by the EAEEIE (European Association for Education in Electrical and Information Engineering).
A TUNING Specialist and at least one external evaluator, highly experienced ( V. de Kosinsky has already been contacted) will perform on-going monitoring and control of project's developments.
We will consider two types of evaluation: internal and external.

Internal evaluation will be done by all the participants in the network who will have access to the website http://www.eaeeie.org/theiere, where the results will be available as well as to a database where the different modules and survey results will be stored.

Quality evaluation and monitoring will be on going through the development phases of the project.
It will be conducted inside each Lead Site by the TN partners and through dissemination procedures by the end-users and the academic and professional community.
As mentioned previously, the feedback from end-users will be analysed in terms of:

quantitative (statistics about web sites connections)
