The merging of educational systems into a common frame structure will allow an easier interchange of students and staff. Getting to know other cultures and other forms of society is an essential step to increase cultural understanding and acceptance and therefore reduce racism and xenophobia.

The set of tools developed in the project can act as a virtual library for ODL (Open Distance Learning) and also LLL (Life Long Learning) context . The modular structure of the Internet courses and its free availability will contribute to an increased use of ICT in education.
