Social Networks In The Context Of Socialization And Identity Construction Abstract: The transformation which is come with interactive media affects many components of social life. Socail Networks has become an indispensable item of our everyday life and influances socialization process. Individual reaches the advantage that contruct an ideal identity with social networks profiles. In this study, the impacts of social networks on socialization and the process of identity construction are discussed over online profiles, and a critical approach is presented about othering, freedom and surveillance in the frame of power concept.
