Consumption is the 
consumption of material wealth created to restore their physiological 
working capacity so that members of society can participate in the production process on a regular basis. 
The development of society is inextricably linked with the process of production. 
The production process is related to the labor process of people, who work to fully meet their needs. 
In the process of production, people not only create the material goods necessary for survival 
and development through their labor, but also work consciously and constantly improve their skills. 
The main factors of the production process are: 
The human factor 
is said to represent the mental and physical ability of the labor force. That 
is, only a person with the ability to work will have the ability to work. In the process of working, 
people not only influence the change of nature, but also expand their knowledge. The average 
employment of the labor force in 2007 increased by 2.6% compared to 2006 and amounted to 
10,735.4 thousand people. In 2006, 22.1 percent of those employed in the economy were employed 
in government agencies and 77.9 percent in non-governmental organizations. In 2007, the growth of 
the population engaged in manufacturing increased mainly in the intangible sector by 3.0% and in the 
material production sector by 2.4%. In 2007, 557.4 thousand people applied to employment agencies 
for employment. This is an increase of 42.4% compared to 2006. 74.5% of those who applied for 
employment were from rural areas10. Factors of labor are the natural resources that man exerts his 
influence on. Labor factors can be in the form of raw materials and in the form of finished products. 
For example, soil is used as a raw material for the brick industry. The finished product he produces
