ERROR ß1662
moot case -- expiration of "gag" order --
Headnote:[3]
A case involving an issue as to the constitutionality of an order of a state court restraining the news media from reporting specified events prior to the impaneling of the jury in a murder prosecution is not rendered moot, so as to defeat the United States Supreme Court's jurisdiction to review the case, merely because, after the court's granting certiorari, the jury was impaneled and hence the order expired by its own terms, since the underlying dispute between the parties is one capable of repetition, yet evading review.
