1.8. Language of Bid 1.8.1 The bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Purchaser, shall be written in English language only especially when the details are technical. However, if GOI makes it mandatory under Rajbhasha Adhiniyam, in that case views of Rajbhasha unit of CSIR may be sought.
1.8.2 The Supplier shall bear all costs of translation, if any, to the English language and bear all risks of the accuracy of such translation, for documents provided by the Supplier.
