| Analysis of Security Issues in Mobile Banking
In this study, security issues in the mobile banking have been investigated in both bank and customer perspectives. For data collection, database servers, firewall devices and Wireshark software which captures network trafic have been used. Moreover, 200 IT professional were surveyed.
In the study, "Explanatory Mixed Method Design" consisting of quantitative and qualitative methods has been used. Results obtained from the both methods have been used together and analyzed. The qualitative perspective of the research depended on the data obtained through the usage of the method. In the quantitative research perspective, statistical techniques for analyzing survey results obtained from the study group were applied. Thus, having quantitative and qualitative data improved the reliability and validity of the results.
Results in the banking side consisted of analysis of attacks recorded on the firewall devices in the mobile banking part and analysis of mobile banking identity identification methods on the database server. Results in the customers side consisted of analysis of the phishing attack methods and analysis of the survey "Analysis of Mobile Banking Security Issues".
