Hyperfıne Structure Investıgatıon In The 3d34s4p Confıguratıon of Atomıc Vanadıum
In this study, it is mainly aimed to experimentally investigate of the hyperfine structure (hfs) of neutral Vanadium ( V I) element.

The experimental spectra of V I were examined by using high resolution Fourier Transform Spectroscopy. The spectra of V I were recorded in the wavelength range of 360 nm – 670 nm by a Bruker IFS 125HR Fourier transform spectrometer.


It is mainly aimed to determine the magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constants A with odd parity of configurations of 3d34s4p and 3d44p of V I were determined with Fourier transform spectroscopy.

During the experimental setup, optic filters were used in the wavelength range of , , , , , , and in order to increase the signal/noise ratio. The spectra of V I were recorded using by optic filters in the range of cm-1 cm-1.


49 A magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constants of upper energy levels with odd parity were determined by analysis of 83 spectral transitions belong to upper energy configurations of 3d34s4p and 3d44p. In this study, 32 A magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constants of upper energy levels with odd parity were obtained for the first time. The results of 17 A magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constants of upper energy levels with odd parity were compared with known values and found to be compatible with the literature.
