Based Supplier Selection Model Supplier chain management underwent some changes, as a result of globalization of markets due to technological development and consistent economical policies. These changes forced the companies, to alter their strategies and methods, which they used to choose appropriate suppliers.
In this study, to choose suppliers, a selection model has been proposed by utilizing Entropy and Gray system theory, based on fuzzy logic. In this model, Gray system theory is a theory, which allows the mathematical analysis of systems containing uncertainty and is a method used in multi-criteria decision-making problems. In this study, weights of the criteria, which are used in Gray Theory, will be found by Entropy method, and these two methods will be integrated together under the fuzzy logic. Implementation stages of the proposed model will be shown step by step by using selection criteria and determined suppliers in an automotive factory.
