| Expert System Approach in Definition of Bidding Strategies
The bidding strategy of construction companies is effective for getting the new project which changes their future. In this study, strategy and strategic planning subjects have been examinated and expert system approach has been researched for definition of decision model of bidding strategy.
Besides there is an example in the study which can be used by awarding the bid price by the rival price’s analysis and regression for firms bidding in the same project.
To run the expert system model, Visual Basic 6.0 program has been preferred to make rules and design user interface for users to define their bidding strategy.
It has been aimed that this study will be helpful for the bidding engineer at bidding process of construction companies and for likely feasible academic studies.
