Eating and drinking culture and the formation of street food

Street foods The concept of street foods was first introduced by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in 1986.At a regional workshop on street food in Asia held in Jakarta, Indonesia.has been defined. Here, street delicacies are served on the street stalls without permanent walls.It is defined as food and beverages sold in cars and ready to be eaten on the street.(Solunoglu, 2018).

Street foods as a daily eating and drinking activity.In addition to being evaluated, it takes place as an active tourism activity all over the world. Some although countries have managed to stand out in tourism with their street foods, destination attractiveness found in countries with a wide variety of street foods.
