In 2009, the number of established company was 3.526 as at November 2009. The share of Limited Partnership was 93 %, in total established companies. In other words, the share in joint stock was 5 %.18

Most of the companies established in 2009 are taken place into production sector, Furthermore service sector companies are less than others. Number of service companies is a good indicator in developed companies, because service sector covers values which are added Gross National Product. As we mentioned before, good corporate governance likes economic values.
Although, the number of service sector companies has been applied corporate governance indicator successfully, there have been most of the entities, apply corporate governance principle successfully in other sector. We can say that, corporate governance principles are not entirely pursued by service sector.
