Why Family owned and controlled Business Groups arise as the dominant form of organizing in emerging economies. Number of joint stock and limited partnership companies indicates on Table 1.3 This table shows the number of Turkey biggest company announced by ISO. Limited partnership companies share in 500 biggest companies is 3 % in accordance to number and 2 % revenue. We can say that joint stock companies are more powerful than limited partnership who applies corporate governance roles.
