The Warehouse: Class Descriptions
Bootcamp: Do you want to improve your body's overall functional strength, balance, coordination and cardio endurance? 

In this 45 minute class, we will focus on strength, movement, and balance. Learn to challenge your muscular endurance, balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises.

Join us for some great music and motivation.  All levels welcome....all exercise can be modified or amped up to help you meet your goals!

 

Insane Fitness: This INSANITY inspired workout, features bursts of cardio and strength exercises to help you blast calories and fat in the shortest amount of time through interval training!



Insanity: Are you ready to Dig Deep??  Join us for the class made popular by Shaun T.  Our Insanity certified trainers will lead you through the warm up, stretch, Insanity blocks and cool down.  This is an intense 30-45 minute class guaranteed to make you sweat!  Don't let the name intimidate you.....all exercises can be modified for all levels.  Try it once....you will be sure to come back for more!! *This class is designed to be modified for all levels of fitness by our expert instructors to fit your goals! From beginners to seasoned INSANIACS, this class is sure to challenge you and get you FIT!

PiYo Strength: PiYo™ Strength is a unique athletic blend of strength training and core conditioning based off the principles of Pilates and Yoga. The combined moves form effective choreography that’s challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stability. And the best part…it’s all set to the beat of some AMAZING music

Vinyasa Flow: This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This beginner level Yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. Yoga is a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. This particular class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental Yoga postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. With fresh music this class will invigorate your entire body and you will leave feeling lifted, stretched, focused, and strong. 

Tank Top Arms: Tank Top Arms will tone, strengthen and chisel you-all bringing you to the next level of  fitness.  Through the use of dumbbells, Kettle Bells, HIIT training and Body Weight training, you will leave this workout sweaty, smiling, and STRONG.

Zumba: Founded in 2001, Zumba Fitness is a global lifestyle brand that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! Warrior Strength: A Yoga Inspired Class with added free weights for increased muscle endurance. This power up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster to deepen your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting.
