6.6.Where a Licensee has subscribed to an additional publication pursuant to Clause 6.5 and has paid the full rate in accordance with such Clause, the remaining Licensees may subscribe to additional printed versions of that publication at 15% of the full institutional price.
6.7.Where IOP acquires or launches a new publication, such publication may be added to the Publications (and Schedule 2 shall be deemed to be amended accordingly) provided that:
6.7.2.at least 5 Licensees or 10% of the member institutions of the Consortium, whichever number is the greater, subscribe to the publication at the full institutional price except that for publications co-published with Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati (SISSA) the number of Licensees which subscribe to the publication must be equal to or greater than ‘X’. For the purpose of this clause 6.7 ‘X’ equals the number of institutions amongst the Licensees which have authored papers in journals co-published by IOP and SISSA; and
