This agreement is made the 1st day of January 2004

10.1.2.the preparation of appropriate user surveys and questionnaires to solicit the views of Authorised Users on the provision of publications online.

10.2.IOP agrees to make available COUNTER compliant usage statistics and such usage statistics shall be compiled in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws and the anonymity of individual users and the confidentiality of their searches shall be fully protected.

11.Warranties and Liability of IOP

11.1.IOP warrants that it has the right to license the rights granted to the Licensees under this Agreement and this warranty is given in lieu of all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings, and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing, or otherwise, all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
