the Base Price and the Annual Licence Fee are amended to reflect the addition of a new publication in accordance with Clause 6.3 of this Agreement; and
6.7.3.the Base Price and the Annual Licence Fee are amended to reflect the addition of a new publication in accordance with Clause 6.3 of this Agreement; and
6.7.4.for the purpose of this clause 6.7 publications are considered new for three years from the date of first publication by IOP.
6.8.Subscriber may add new Licensees to this Agreement at a cost to be agreed by the parties (such cost to be not less than £1,060) and on addition of such new Licensees Schedules 1 and 2 will be deemed to be amended accordingly.
