Tell me Princess, now when did you last let your heart decide?
Pushing against her hands, Dennis forced Sharon to step back, forcing his knee between hers, so she leant back, allowing him to guide her round into a gentle arc and allow the return of the coveted head rush, so that every step with him would make her buzz and wish for more. That was how he'd always wanted her to feel when she was with him, and this, this had become the way he could show it and be understood implicitly. I can show you the world - take you wonder by wonder
Over, sideways and under on a magic carpet ride. She straightened up and he moved forward, twisting his hips so she countered him and moved back. A whole new world, a new fantastic point of view Sharon stepped away, pulling on his hand so he straightened and she span in towards him, loving how he instinctively nestled into her, his breath hot and close on her skin just as she had wished. And she almost melted as she heard him murmur the words in her ear. No magic carpet, it was true, but she had all the magic she could handle right here. She couldn't believe he remembered... they really had run off and were singing to each other, and it was as if everything right from those early days (which she could barely believe had been less than a fortnight ago) was made right, perfect, by these few moments in his arms. No-one to tell us no, or where to go
Or say we're only dreaming. Spinning beneath his hand, she caught the look on his face, and knew he must have loved her with everything he had to be here with her, making a bigger prat of himself than he had feared he would with that first dance. But she loved him utterly for it, because he remembered every detail that was them. And she knew what she had to do as she looked into his eyes, she owed it to every moment she had spent falling in love with him. She sang back. A whole new world Straightening her arm, she span into him again, her arm looping around his neck, and having to bite back a squeal as he swept her up into his arms, raising her proudly. A dazzling place I never knew
But when I'm way up here, it's crystal clear
That now I'm in a whole new world with you. Grinning, Dennis brought her down upon his lips and she savoured his kiss for the briefest moment as her nose caressed his before pushing her feet into the grass and beginning to move again, closing her eyes and savouring the bliss of this moment. Unbelievable sights, indescriable feeling
A whole new world She felt Dennis' fingertip, woven through her own hand brush her cheek, and she looked at him, jerking forward into those eyes as he shook his head slowly, that smile dancing across his smooth lips as he murmured Don't you dare close your eyes! She grinned. He was a fibber, he was into this. A hundred thousand things to see His words were whispered against her ear, warm and tender. Hold your breath, it gets better. Sharon shoved him back and smirked at him. I'm like a shooting star, I've come so far
I can't go back to where I used to be! Dennis kissed her shoulder softly as he heard her words. He didn't want her to go back. He wanted her to go forward, with him, and he hoped she understand as much as he edged back and pushed against her, pulling her round A whole new world, every turn a surprise!
New horizions to pursue, every moment gets better. They slowed, and Dennis let his hands drop, discovering her every curve as he went, her arms moving slowly back up around his shoulders, before Sharon allowed her her hands to get caught around his neck, bringing him as close to her as she was to him, as they murmured to one another. She wanted to fade into him, here. Silently, she wished tomorrow didn't have to come. she wanted to stay with him, to dance. So she sent up a prayer to the stars that Sharon Rickman might remain in the arms of her lover, dancing until the stars themselves were no more. I'll chase them anywhere, there's time to spare
