I would like to inform you that Mr. P. Sai krishnan has been working in my project as a project fellow with fellowship Rs.3600/- per month and the appointment order is valid up to 28^th February 2002. Recently as per the publication of GATE results on 31^st March 2001, Mr. Sai krishnan has qualified the GATE examination with a score 91.77 percentile. At present, he is eligible for the fellowship of Rs.5000/- per month from the month of April, 2001 as per the rules for the payment of project fellow under UGC sponsor project (Copy enclosed).

I request you to make the arrangement for the payment of Mr. Saikrishnan as Rs.5000/- per month from the month of April 2001. Further, I request you to sent a contingent bill claiming the total increase amount due to the increment of the fellowship from April 2001 to February 2002.
