Fern Penfold – Head Receptionist Fern is the telephonist and first point of call here at BIMM. She is based at BIMM West reception and assists in the day to day running of reception. Fern has an intense love of music, singing and performing and has experience in performing arts. Before joining BIMM, Fern was a redcoat at Butlins which lead on to a year in Cyprus where she was a lead vocalist and dancer in various hotel shows and currently does function gigs at weekends for MIB. Fern loves nothing more than people with passion for music and performance and where better to work than in amongst those people here at BIMM!
