FOSTERING THE ACTIVITY OF THE SCM SECTIONS AS DISCIPLINARY COURTS




  • 2.1 Working Group on disciplinary issues
Workshop A: Analysis of the legal framework in the field of disciplinary sanctioning of magistrates and definition of need for amendments

The working-group started its activity on June 20th, 2006 and will meet on a fortnightly basis for a period of 5 months. A final report on the findings and results of its activity shall be presented at the end of this timeframe.

The working-group is composed of members of the Council sections, inspectors of the Judicial Inspection and staff of the unit in charge of preparing the sessions of the sections in disciplinary matters.
