In classical times you would see people like that, people whose feet were very turned it. So when they walked, their feet would go towards the center

Why? Imagine a huge tank of water, what does the faucet do? It FOCUSES water, stream lines all that water into drain
HANEEF- means FOCUSED
I have whole heartedly dedicated myself for the one who originated the heavens and earth and I WILL REMAIN COMMITTED TO THIS (HANEEFAN) I am focused, no looking right and left
