	Foto 8: Tromboză de vena porta si transformare cavernoasa a venei porte la un pacient cu ciroză hepatică de etilogie alcoolica (sageata lunga indica vena splenica la jonctiunea cu vena mezenterica superioara, imediat inferior de tromboza, sageata scurta indica spre o forma serpigionoasa care indica transformarea cavernoasa a venei porte).

Foto 10. Pacient 25 de ani, internat pt etilism acut. La examenul fizic se evidentiaza onocomicoza incipenta dg. V ambe picioara si marci traumatice (hematoame subunghiale) la halucele drept si dg. III picior sting. Anamneza amanuntita si aplicarea chestionarelor incadreaza pacientul in clasa dependentilor cronici de alcool.
