Dear Sir/Madam,
The purpose of writing this letter to you is to express my dissatisfaction with the product I recently purchased from your shop, and the customer service I received from your staff afterwards, when I reported the issue on the phone.
I purchased an oven from your shop and it was not working properly, when I turned it on it didn’t turn on. Surprisingly, when I tried the second time to figure out the issue, it sparked and produced an electric shock. I unplugged it to avoid any damage.
I immediately called at your shop to report the matter. The salesman name Bekzod at your shop picked up the call and he collected all the necessary information from me and said that he is going to send a mechanic to check the issue in the oven but for the last two days, I am waiting for him. I rang again, but no one bothered to pick up the call.
I am entitled to request a full refund or replacement of the oven at the earliest. Moreover, you are requested to issue a warning letter to your employee for not paying attention to customers, as I suffered because of his negligence.
I await your prompt action.
