Shorter term objectives:

• 
  Complete the implementation of Museum Factory “Royal Delft”
  
• 
  Organize a local - small scale - Ceramics Festival
  
• 
  Promote cultural innovation (new design working with Faculty of Industrial Design, artists, etc)
  
• 
  Increase the visibility and promotion from Delft’s participation in a European Network of Ceramic Cities
  
• 
  Promote more frequent ULSG meetings as a central network for strengthen the local climate 2010 – 2011
