Variance reasons current status

Country Position Paper for WTDC-10 developed	Country Position Paper for the WTDC-10 was developed and the DoC led a delegation to the conference. The delegation included the Deputy Minister and representatives from the SOE's. The Department’s participation led to the adoption of a pro-developing country global Cyber security Agenda.	X			-

Research and Foresight Centres of Excellence piloted for Information Ethics and SMME	Research on the Centres of Excellence Model was conducted and a Framework was developed. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for establishing a Centre of Excellence in the University of Johannesburg was signed. However, MoUs for University of Pretoria and KwaZulu-Natal are yet to be signed.		X		Delays in signing of MoUs for University of Pretoria and KwaZulu-Natal	Research and Foresight Centres of Excellence concept document was developed and submitted for approval. The MoUs for Pretoria University and Kwazulu-Natal are still yet to be signed.
