Variance reasons current status

Service Deployment for the 800 e-Cadres concluded	No substantial progress was made with regards to the service deployment of thee-Cadres during the reporting period. However, 156 e-Cadres will be deployed in the 2011/12 financial year as per the contract signed with the 5 FET colleges and Sentech.			X	The service deployment component of the program has been delayed.
All the e-Cadre service deployed contracts with colleges has been approved. Service deployments of e cadres commenced in July 2011.
