J’ai mis en place une procédure générale pour les études préalables qui fait référence dans le secteur (article L’Usine Nouvelle du 15-06-1997) et créé un département “Qualité/Sécurité”. J’ai géré et réglé sans heurts une situation sociale délicate en 1996. Les résultats: croissance constante de la production (+ 20% par an) et de la productivité/homme. La contribution du site aux résultats du groupe est passé de 12% en 1995 à 28,5% en 1998; préservation de l’éco-systéme par une méthode d’exploitation en “roulement”.

ADJOINT AU DIRECTEUR D’EXPLOITATION (1992 - 1995): En tant que adjoint au directeur d’exploitation, j’ai préparé l’ensemble des documents financiers d’exploitation, et représenté le directeur d’exploitation dans ses relations avec la direction financière du siège.
