This research question is comparative and observable. I really appreciate that you are interested in such a significant topic related with psycholinguistics. I think this topic can be investigated through conversation between men and women. But in my opinion, your question is too broad for research, it will be great, if you focus on one concrete and specific linguistic item (syntax difference, non-verbal differences, using of expletives etc.).
