Needs assessment within minority communities – CAN DO Houston – after school program in elementary schools – use police to ensure safety, parks and rec to conduct the programs, metro for transportation, minute maid for snacks. Partner with non-profits to provide the resources for those programs. Resources provided depended on what the community asked for.
