People above 50 years old. People willing to explore the hidden values of the region, explore, learn, gain new experience, open-minded persons willing to feel the charm of a region. People who would like to learn, broaden cultural horizons, improve their basic soft skills, enhance their motivation for self-development, gain experience in interacting in a multinational environment, integrate with people of the same age from other countries, activate themselves for the benefit of their local society.
Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
1 - Arrivals of the participants to Olsztyn from where they will be carried to the place of accommodation.
2 - Presentation of the program; explaining concepts of the project and its notions. Introduction to methods of the Questing, presentation of project materials. The Questing in Poland - examples in Warmia&Masuria. Open-air work „Quest Olsztyński” . Soft skills workshop part 1
3 - „Horn of Plenty” - Quest with developed component of activation of local societies - discussion, solutions, choosing topics and methods of activation."We build a quest" - initial stocktaking of cultural heritage potential, defining possible quest's trail. Soft skills workshop part 2
4 - "We build a quest" - finishing works from the previous day. Field work – visiting the chosen venues. Elaborating information gathered in the field part 1. Soft skills workshop part 3
5 - Elaborating information gathered in the field part 2.Begining field work in working groups. Completing creation of instructions/hints to the quest.Soft skills workshop part 4
6 - Creating a stamp, graphic elements, maps and figures to the trail. Presentation of further steps of work on the Quest.Soft skills workshop part 5
7 - Testing of the trail. Implementing improvements to the quest after the testing. Soft skills workshop part 6
8 - Summary and evaluation. Departure

Diet for Citizens Baltic Sea Region

Target Group + Translation:
Persons interested in environmental problems but also in improving their heath by the way of nutrition. They will be EU citizens of countries located in the Baltic Sea catchment area – Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden-in the age 50+ interested in preventing degradation of the environment, preventing spread of the civilization diseases connected to the now-a-days lifestyle through defined activities focused on raising awareness and promoting the proper way of nutrition based on the diet composed of the local organic products. People of 50+ are persons whose most active time has already passed, and they become natural interest in their health and the environment. Moreover, they have already experienced, and they can share of it with other participants of the workshop.
Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
Lectures: PP presentation of rules diet for Clean Baltic, role of the proper diet in humans life, PP presentation on the BS environment, organic vegetable qualities as a basic component of the diet for Clean Baltic, PP on vegetarian and vegan diet, the rules of Ecological Recycled Agriculture – PP, macrobiotic diet – PP the seminar on the environmental problems of the Baltic Sea
Workshops: preparation of the balanced meal in accordance with the Baltic diet rules, preparation of lunch on the basis vegan and vegetarian diet, preparation macrobiotic dishes.
Integration activities: Welcome activities, our relationship and net in BSR. We are the children of the BS, culture event: national stories or songs containing elements relating to food, Sherlock Holmes in the world of labels, whether male or female will eat the same. Food is everywhere, national savoir vivre will be the conversations at the table.
Study trips: to Hel peninsula, Trzcińsk, demonstration farm of Mr Jacek Plotta
Films/slides presentations: on environmental and food issues
Contest: each participant prepare a good Baltic Sea dish. The best dish will be awarded.
Moreover: every day cuisine of a different Baltic country will be presented and participants will do some physical exercises.

adult persons (age above 50), persons capable of communicating in English and. not professionally involved in the topic, persons who has not attended a Grundtvig Workshop for the last 3 years. All interested persons reaching above criteria are eligible to apply for the Workshop.
Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
The seminars and workshops are conducted every day in two sessions:
9-12 – Morning session,
12-13 – lunch break,
13-16 – Afternoon session.
The workshops and seminars are dedicated to the following topics and ideas: - being innovative despite the age, creative grandparents, express your creativity, astound the youth by your creativeness, how to present the innovative ideas, how to fasciliate your creativity in a business environment, Follow your dreams and creativity change the world, The best is still yet to come, creative retirement, make money on your creativity. Create your new business over 50. The mentioned above points would be worked through by the following forms of activity: Workshops, games, exercises, lectures, projects, discussions, field actions, tasks in a real world (e.g. presenting of the idea to stranger and asking for feedback).
Joint dinners in the evenings, spend time in the city and take part in the cultural events prepared.
