Adults interested in Turkish music,Turkish culture and making music together. Especially those living in disadvantaged areas and in disadvantaged socio-economic situations, in struggle with loneliness, isolation and lack of perspectives, in difficult financial situation and unemployed. Those not able to take part in multicultural events. People with disability are welcome.

Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
Introduction of the programme and organiser, presentations of the participants. Giving information about Turkish music culture. Introduction of Turkish musical instruments. Visiting the Music Department of Conservatory and practising Turkish musical instruments. Learning Turkish music. Receiving pronunciation exercises. Visiting old town of Afyonkarahisar City. Choir practices. Public concert, TV Programme, Certification ceremony.

MANGALA- Turkish Strategy and Mind Game

Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
Introduce and teach Turkish strategy and mind game MANGALA which has been played for centuries. Introduction of Mangala and talking about similar games from participant's countries, the effects of Mangala on the development of the human brain (by demonstrating with chess). Discussion about tracks of Mangala in European countries and videos and slide show about Mangala.Teaching Mangala rules. Playing Mangala and practise the game. Visit the town and observe traditional life of the local people and watch them playing Mangala. Giving information for participants about traditional food culture, plays, natural and historical places (national parks, ruins, etc.) of Afyonkarahisar/ Hocalar. Mangala tournaments among participants. Award ceremony for the winners of the tournament. Certification ceremony, a tour to thermal bath of Afyonkarahisar/Sandıklı.

Adults interested in environmental issues, eco-tourism, sustainable development and alternative tourism activities and willing to share experiences with others to develop innovative instruments about environmental tourism. Exchange of ideas and experience. Basic interest in environment, tourism and sustainable development. Will to learn about alternative tourism activities. - Active participation in experience-based sessions.

Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
Day 1 - Arrival of the participants.

Day 2 - Plenary session: Basic knowledge about environmental tourism; Definitions and concepts. Presentations of the participants’ organization, projects, best-practices.

Day 3 - Introduction to types of environmental tourism. The role and importance of tourism for sustainable development. Alternative sustainable tourism activities: Theme I: Nature. Field study: Visit to Bird Paradise and Yayla Houses.

Day 4 - Alternative sustainable tourism activities: Theme II: Mountain. Expert presentation on environmental tourism activities.

Day 5 - Alternative sustainable tourism activities: Theme III: Water. Field study: Visit to trekking routes and seaside facilities.

Day 6 - Open Space Activity: Find out at least 3 most promising ideas on eco-tourism. Round table meeting: Exchange of experiences. Conclusion and certification.

Day 7 - Departure of the participants.
