Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
The aim of the workshop is to develop project management skills and competences for adults involved in Social-Art projects for a better integration of marginalized persons from communities (integrative social-art vision development). The workshop represents an “integrative social-art vision” approach built on theory (in Project Management and European funds), ICT instruments, non-formal exercises, institutional visits and study-cases discussions. The workshop is based on 3 structured levels of work:

Level 1: Social-Art Project Management;

Level 2: Creating European synergies in Social-Art projects approach;

Level 3: Reinforcing links between education and working life through “integrative social-art vision”.

Adults, unemployed persons, adults not involved in formal adult education; adults who want to increase their abilities in an art – having social interest and also in gaining a perspective of new work skills; adults eager to learn about different European communities and to meet, work, organise discussion groups with people from other countries / cultures; no professional skills are required.

Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
Presentation of the LLP, Grundtvig and European Commission Policies on Adult Education; Techniques for drawing, painting, making collages (multimedia presentations and individual exercise);

Participants are, individually, choosing a technique to work with;

Preparing the ideas / models and the necessary materials to complete a small group (3 - 4 persons) work;

Develop the groups projects;

Preparing the ideas and the materials to complete the personal piece work; - Design and develop the individual piece work / project; - Finalizing the art objects;

Preparing and organizing the exhibition;

The vernissage of the art objects / paintings;

Evaluating: (1) each participant delivers: a piece of work (drawing, painting, collage etc.); a small-group art object; (2) organize the exhibition with all pieces of work created; (3) final evaluation procedure / questionnaire;

Preparing multimedia CDs for participants and creating internet pages / profiles.

“The Power of Non-formal”

Practicing non-formal exercises;

Theory on non-formal exercises;

Theory on adult learning process;

Performances rehearsals -performance with community audience (interactive performing)

The aim of the workshop is to develop adult learners’ skills and competences in using non-formal methods for growing efficiency and stimulate adult learning process. “The right exercise, for the right learner in the right moment” is the innovative concept that we will develop into this workshop using non-formal methods and theory, performances rehearsals and a community final performance.
